Maybe it's a problem with the client?

I use gaim and have never had a problem when other people report that ICQ is down.

Still down. Hmmmm I'll check out the GAIM client. This is getting harsh.

I tried to ICQ you, but it says "Failed to send the message. Please try again later." !

MSN is the best IM I've ever used. No spam, almost always online, no lag, etc like ICQ. Webmasters are set in their ways though.

Hey Alex, your reviews will be ready tommorow. We'll run it through one more edit. Also, the non-live sites slowed things a little bit but it's all good now.
