Can Anyone Offer Flat/Per Gig Hosting .25/gig or less
 

I need some basic hosting, virtual is fine, but I don't want to try to fit into some "plan", then get raped at $2 a gig on overage.

I'm looking for a .25/gig or less flat rate, no setup fee, with at least a gig of storage, and all the other goodies that usually come with a decent virtual plan (cgi, mysql, control panel, etc.)
