Soirry if it was already posted, but I think all should be aware of this new bullshit : watch for domain highjacking !!!

Most importantly, it prevents the domain name from being transferred to another registrar without your knowledge. You may lock or unlock your domain at any time.

In other words, everyone can attempt to transfer to him any of my domains, and when one of them is not locked, he will get it and I will lose it for good ( without any possibility to take any action against him ) :question

edited - if so, then what's the reason for this change?

Domain registrars should by default set all domains to lock once first registered.
