I know this asshole who is running a company and calling himself an LLC when in reality he is not. Anyone know if he can get in trouble?

to be an LLC your need a tax ID or EIN #......

You can not cash checks or open a bank account without a tax id or EIN

Well he was an LLC but he let it dissolve 18 months ago so I'm sure he already got the Tax ID # and bank account. So the IRS would be interested?

The IRS doesnt do shit. I knew a guy who ripped me off to the tune of about $10 grand and I knew for a fact he was committing tax fraud. Was claiming only $20 grand a year on his taxes when he made well over $100 grand. I reported him and not a damn thing happened, not even an audit.
