Is 65.94.110.242 a Public Proxy???
 

I am getting a lot of hits, from apparently different people coming from this IP.

I can ping it just fine, but a tracerte gives me nothing at all... just *.*.*.

I am curious. And help?

Also, is there a good way to detect when a public proxy is being used?
