If you're watching CourtTV it's a replay of the events that happened 2 or 3 hours ago when they replaced juror 7.

I think he probably did it. How somebody that stupid could not leave any forensic evidence at all amazes me though.

I think he did it - but the problem is that all they have is substantial evidence....nothing concrete. No blood, no hair, no fibers of any kind. All they have is what he said to the media and how he acted. Yea - I think he did it but I can see some jurors having a problem with the prosecution not have concrete evidence.

I'd say at very least it'd be difficult to convict him for murder 1 and give him the death penalty.

Haven't followed the case very close, but my opinion is a cheater, a bad lyer, doesn't automatically make you a killer! If he did it...Then I hope he gets the worst ass raping in jail! :mad:
