Does Flaming Eachother On The Boards Prevent Lawsuits?

I don't think the companies in the adult industry sue the pants off of one another as much as in other industries... are the suits just kept quieter, or is i t because we openly flame eachother on the boards, releasing the anger & pent up feelings, so the need to sue the shit out of the other guy is alleviated?
