I shit you not, I have gained 40 lbs since around june... The secret is espresso mochas with extra chocolate, sausage mcmuffins every morning, and lots of pasta, fries with gravy, and anything involving squirt cheese...

Eat atleast 4 times a day.
It helps to wake up early so you can squeze another meal in. But dont stay up late - it wears you out (go to bed around 11 PM) |
