That actually does sound really good.

I would like to pack on some pounds too.

I've been drinking a protein/meal replacement shake with each meal...but even that doesn't seem to be working.

I shit you not, I have gained 40 lbs since around june... The secret is espresso mochas with extra chocolate, sausage mcmuffins every morning, and lots of pasta, fries with gravy, and anything involving squirt cheese...

i've tried all kinds of weight gain suppliments, nothing works :(

I tried that, and after a month lost 3 pounds :(

so im thinking if i gain a lot of fat, i can turn it into muscle.. rather than just starting from scratch

You need to grow meat.

Eat a lot. (but only healthy food. grease/sweets will fuck you up)

Pasta/Bread/Grains with eggs, red meat, or fish.

Eat atleast 4 times a day.
It helps to wake up early so you can squeze another meal in.

But dont stay up late - it wears you out (go to bed around 11 PM)

brizzard start lifting weights and increase the ammount of food that you do eat (healthy if you want to gain muscle mass, crap if you want to gain fat) Eat meals 6 times a day. I need more info on your goals, stats, ect to tailor what exactly you should eat. Make eating your life.

i do an hour of weight lifting 5 days a week, and i eat about 5-7 meals a day :(

im gonna follow OWNED's diet, i dont eat enough pasta/bread/fish

do not listen to anythin owned says, some of it is correct but when it boils down to it he dont know what hes talking about (tape worms in eggs) dont lift 5 times a week you will overtrain, limit it to 3 days a week 45 min per session, heavy weights 3 sets of 8 reps

5 times a week is overkill.

Do quality workouts 3 times a week for separate body parts (upper body / lower body)

Red meat is good (beef, lamb)
Also chicken breasts, tuna fish.
Its better to boild egs.

And yes, eat a lot of carbs: pasta, potatos, rice etc.
