What about one action on all sites to show unity?
 

My cousin asked me to setup an action on all sites to show our sympathy lies with all the victims and their family. I was thinking to put a flag of the USA half-mast on every site. I'm not that good at graphics and made a simple one half-mast on a black background.

FetishTemptress, I found the problem in your code. You have the link tag closing right after you open it, putting a </a> after the "a href" tag. Put the picture code in between them and it'll work like a charm.
