Anyone order Halo 2 from Amazon?
 

I ordered my copy back in September. The estimated delivery date was November 8th. Yes, I know that the official release wasn't until November 9th but Amazon has sent me games before release in the past so I was thinking this was a similar situation. I didn't get the game yesterday so I logged into Amazon and my estimated delivery date was still yesterday, but it also said that it has not yet been shipped and my card hasn't been charged either.

Anybody order from Amazon and get their copy yet?
