vBulletin expert needed
 

I am already have a vBulletin board running and is set up fine on Version 3.0.3

I need some custom things set up with the permissions of usergroups to be only to be viewed in username and password protected members area.

I have a bunch of other custom stuff I need so hit me up on ICQ.
