Porn studio shut down in Memphis
 

XXposed studios, operating out of Memphis, TN, was recently shut down and forced to move because of a dispute with their landlord. Turns out that a day care center moved in below the studio. It wasn't a problem for anyone including the landlord until the local press found out.

Seems to me they have seperate entrances, and it's not like the studio has a billboard with naked chicks on it. The landlord was fine with everything until it hit the local news.

What do you guys think?

Tennessee is a part of Jesusland. This is a normal end to any studio working in Jesusland. You don't have any rights to operate sinfully in Jesusland. The studio owner should instead make Bible videos. The People have spoken.

Lol, I've never heard of them and I'm in Memphis. But one of the girls photos they showed on the news is actually on my site. This doesn't surprise me one bit, Memphis is definitely not the place to be in this business....it's full of Christian hypocrites who spend their Saturdays in Tunica gambling and their Sundays in church gossiping!

I'd move right away(like in very fast), I would have moved when the day care moved in. I think someone was not thinking or they would have moved. Kids and porn do not mix and Memphis, TN. :2 cents:

Wow that is sad that the studio is getting forced to move out.I guess they have a month to month agreement not a lease.But they can still take the landloard to court to recover all there Tenant Improwment expenses.

but the one of the biggest porn busts in the USA happened in memphis, and i'm not sure if the defendents are out of jail yet.

i would say memphis is not the place to set up shop if you are a producer.
