Well my buddy went to jail
 

Buddy went to go watch a movie last night, and I get a call from a police department at 6 AM. Guess he was smoking a little joint on the way into the theatre, and a cop saw it. Well him and his girlfriend are currently in jail, bummer eh.

For possession? That seems pretty severe. Normally it?s the equivalent of a J-walking ticket.

I guess Houston has some harsh laws about it. When I was in California, they'd just dump your stash and send you on your merry little way.

In NY they just take your shit. Some of the best weed I've smoked was with a cop.

what a idiot, i have two friends who were arrested and taken to jail because they had a stem inside a film container. Now they are on probation and have to go to counseling once a week (this is in florida), as well as piss tests.

Thats so lame. If you get caught with anything under an eighth here they just dump it for you and send you on your merry way
to go get more.
