Can we have one thread for these "announcements" please?

Lots of people are posting things like "buildings were at full capacity" and "car bombing: can anyone confirm?" and it's getting pretty difficult to follow what's going on here with so many announcement posts. Could we have an official "announcements" thread please?

I'm trying to follow this because I DO care about is what's happening. I - and many other people - are finding impossible to follow what is happening. I'm sorry if I'm not Inspector fucking Gadget, at the moment I many of us can't follow the news. Okay? I'm asking because I fucking care about what's happening. I agree! Theres all these posts, some of them good -some should be deleted.

I understand the importance of today, and it would be easier to put all the comments into one Topic, instead of 15 topics.

I *DO* feel the importance of today (i've cried a couple of times cause it has hit close to my family) but we dont need so many topics.
