India's National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI) has created a number of products using the age-old Indian science of ayurveda.
One is a beer that actually protects your liver while still giving you the same "kick" regular beer does. It is made from spinach that is grown during a special time of year and is based on the original way beer was made 2 millennia ago.
