Linkdump scripts..?
 

Do any exist? What do they cost?


I'm coding one right now for my personal use, thinking about marketing it and selling it. Anyone with ideas they think would be good implemented, hit me up. So far i've got:

SUBMISSION MODES
· Instant Mode ? all posts are instantly placed on your dump-list
· Review Mode ? all posts by partners are instantly placed on your dump-list; all other posts by unverified posters are held in Review
· Secure Mode ? all posts are held in Review

FORM CONTENT
· URL ? web address of the Link
· Description ? short description of the Link
· Partner ID ? applicable only to submissions made by Partners
· Link Type ? Link can be placed into a category (eg. Pictures, Videos, etc.)
· Blog ? short paragraph or comments associated with the Link

STYLESHEET OPTIONS
· Separate settings for Partners (can be set within Settings)
· Individual settings for each Link Type (eg. Pictures one font, Videos another, etc.)
· Mass Override settings can be enabled/disabled to override the above styles

BLOG FORMAT
· Allow comments or short paragraph to be submitted with the Link to lengthen content

PARTNERS
· Account Types:
o Unlimited ? submit as many links as often as Partner desires
o Limited ? number of link submissions is limited
o Single Link ? only one link may be submitted
· Integration Options:
o Static Link ? place Link in the list, stays ranked (#1, 5, 10, etc.)
o Integrate Link ? Link is submitted like any other
o Sponsor Link ? place Link at the top of the list, rotate thru replaced by newer Sponsor Links
· Manage Partners Page
o Add new Partners
o Remove or Disable/Enable a Partner
o Manage Partner options
· Generate Partner Submission page, to be used separately from main page

TRAFFIC / SPONSORS
· Integrate Sponsor-Links into the dump-list as normal Link
· Skim normal Links to send traffic to Sponsor-Links
· Retain number of Sponsor-Links at the top of the list (eg. 5)

ARCHIVE
· Select whether to Archive / Don?t Archive old Links
· Display Archived Links beneath dump-list
· Display Archived Links on a separate page

ORGANIZATION
· Chronological Order (Newest -> Oldest)
· Alphabetize
· Rating System (Visitors can +/- Rating next to Link)
· Number of Clicks

SETTINGS
· Number of Links to display
· Ban Links by keyword or TLD ( .com, .net, .org, etc.) within URL or Description
· Ban Links by IP address (Blacklist)
· Update the Dump-List
o Instantly after each submission
o Instantly on page-load (heavy on server)
o Manually by Webmaster
· Visitor Reporting
o Remove Link after certain # of ?Report This Link? clicks
o Send Link to Review after certain # of ?Report This Link? clicks
o Disable Visitor Reporting
· Template Management
o Modify how Links are each displayed using Macros

Perhaps I phrased it incorrectly.. this script would manage the type of site this program submits to.

I think you definitely could make some money there if the script is really good and is priced very low ($5-$10). The reason being that there already are many free ones circulating around.
