Please critique this logo.. it's lacking something
 

Going for something plain, as few colors as possible so it can be used in print materials as well. Your thoughts?

small lighter blue gradient coming from the top.

why is it that the girl doesn't have a shadow? is she a ghost? hand it over to me and i'll make it look good for $50

The logo lacks contrast. Try using some black.

it will look great if the colors have a darker tone.

I agree with several. The font doesn't quite work, the contrast isn't high enough and I also think the girl looks...'wrong'. She just doesn't seem to fit well on top of the letters.

I like it better than the first, good job, maybe change somethin about the girl :2 cents:

I'm not liking that font at all plus her hand doesn't look right. (It looks like she should be falling off.)

go with a lighter blue the font isn't bad it looks very clean and professional

And honestly, try out places like designoutpost. They'll comeup w/ a good design most of the time and it's rater cheap. :2 cents:

i like the looks of that one

the font is poifect...the chick is nicely styled...I think you should stick to your guns...if that was my logo I would be proud.

* on a second note for animation... you could have shadow just "appear"

The right font will really bring it out. It's too dull right now..

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ITS A GOOD LOGO JUST SPIN THE CHICK AROUND AND MAKE MINOR ARM CHANGES SO SHE DOENT LOOK LIKE SHES GOT GOOD SIZED PIPES AND YOU CAN SPEND YOUR FIFTY BUCKS ON CANADIAN BEER! :winkwink:

those last ones look good 'chupachups' ...

what about using a heavier font ... perhaps a bit of frutiger or futura ...

or offset the first part of the word with a bold heavy font, and the second part in a thinnner version of that same font
