Sleep and relaxation usually cures it for me :)

I get that ALL THE TIME. I started taking this herbal suppliment and I SWEAR it is as good as Xanex. Works immediately and the twitch has been gone since I started. Stress is a bitch.

try stepping away from the computer sometime

BitterPen 11-07-2004 10:07 PM

My hubby had his eye do that for like 3 days and finally went to the doctor because it was driving him crazy... They said it was either an epileptic type reaction to Video Games or Computer work, sleep deprivation, or stress. He went to bed early that night and slept in the next day, and woke up with it gone.

I'm guessing it was lack of sleep! :thumbsup

I thought it was from lack of calcium? But I could be thinking of something else.

L-Theanine. I was VERY scepticle as well. But it really does work. Friends that I have recommended it to also love it.
