Clarence Thomas is BY FAR the biggest idiot on that court. He's an intellectual lightweight and too conservative for an adult webmaster's taste...........although, he was one of the votes that voted COPA down, so I give him props for that.

But overall, he's a yes-man and quite moronic for a SC justice.

IF Thomas is Chief Justice it would be the best thing for us, he voted against COPA.
