I had a few minor problems with them but overall i like hosting a few sites over there. They aren't my best host but def. a good choice. -
Reflected is an excellent host. I have one of my servers with them for close to a year now and they've been rock solid for me so far

at last count i have 500+ sites with them

I use them, had 1 serious down time for 10 hours in 11 months ive been with them...they made sure i would be completly satisfied...
gave me a nice refund that made up for any losses!
