Why isn't the Iran Contra affair still brought up?
 

So much of what happened during this still affects a lot of the world and the middle east. Yet it is dismissed now a days.

So much of it is now public information and can't be denied.

I really don't understand why Kerry didn't play his Iran/Contra card during the campaigns. Guess it was all too complicated for the general public.

perhaps the public wouldn't understand it. that's why kerry didn't do it.
