Using sponsors with pre-checked X-sales. What are yout thoughts?

What are your thoughts on using sponsors with pre checked cross sales?

Im just about to drop a partner program because I just noticed that they have 2 pre checked X-sales both converting to $39.99 each after 1 day. So after the trial they will be charge $29.99 for the site they joined and $80 for the 2 x-sales. I suspect many charge backs and refunds.

partner/revshare programs should no have ANY cross sells, checked or uncheckd. If they do you better get full credit for them.
