Unfortunately we do not have pre-made thumbs.
Everytime we look at making thumbs for our galleries, the issues of size and style always come up. There are too many sizes to support and every webmaster has a different idea for thumbs (everything from the selection of the pic, to how close it should be cropped, etc.)
