    I think I need a consultant...

    I've been really overwhelmed lately with everything. I feel like I'm barely able to stay on top of everything on my own. I feel like I'm horribly inefficent because I get dozens of calls from male models every day, but I'm only able to shoot 1 out of every 50 that call me. That's money slipping through my fingers, and I don't have a solution.

    On top of all that, with the stress of everything combined, I feel like I've completely ran out of inspiration. I have a paysite planned, but I'm having serious issues keeping everything in forward momentum. I wish I had someone here to just slap me when I lose steam, or tell me what I'm doing wrong when I get stuck. I would like someone to bring me some fresh ideas.

    Does such a person exist? Maybe I just need a councelor or something. I'm feeling way stressed out.

                  And how would top management in a fortune 500 company be able to assist my small business one-man-show? I have contacts with some big people in top companies but I'll have to say they don't know shit about this world we do business in. I've done some computer consulting work with the CFO of Brittania Sportswear, and I have some contacts high in the ranks at Oracle Corporation... and they're brilliant people indeed, but I really wouldn't trust their advice because they're in a completely different world.

                  But perhaps yours have something special to offer?

                              If you're serious about needing an analysis and a developmental plan to make some forward moves, let me know.

                              My references include Lightspeedcash, Flashcash and Fasterbucks on purely contractual consulting, and many others on longer term contracts.

                              I should mention that I'm not one of those rah rah folks that will just tell you how great you're doing managing it all, but I am a person that will tell you where I see your strengths and weaknesses.

                                          Sounds like to me you need hired help. Someone to take the calls, and other photographers to do some shoots. You can only do but so much and when your business grows you need to hire people so you can focus on specific areas of your expertise.

                                          As far as the paysite issue goes, its extremely easy for paysites to lose forward momentum, they're tough things to develop... maybe you need to change your perspective on your goals. For example, you should make the goal to put "a" paysite up, (not necessarily the most perfect, unique or flawless one) and once SOMETHING is up and running, tweak it and mold it until it is what you need it to be. It might not be the most efficient approach but it keeps you moving foward instead of being stagnant due to lack of creativity.

                                          Just an opinion.
