Advice to any NEWBIE ( in other words - n00b ).
While having a top designer IN HOUSE gives much security and self confidence to the young online entrepreneur, it is not necessarly a wise decision.
Trying to ensure stable conversions of 1:150 or better on 2nd page uniques should be far more important priority.
With that in mind - ANYONE who has enough self confidence to ask on a public forum for the ICQ number of the top designer in this specific industry, should not be afraid of taking risks.
Remember - no risk, no gain
