Well I remember about 10 years ago they were selling a watch that could turn TV's on and off. Kids in school would do it when we were watcing things.

as far as that watch I saw this written about in 10 places including the new york times aned not one mention of any watch or anything ever being available like this....which once again leads the likliehood of that watch being a programmable remote just like any universal remote...which if you would look at the product is EXACTLY OPPOSITE
