Can they see me or that i am on ther visible list?

If someone is in invisible mode, they will appear offline until they send you a message, and then the eye will appear.

It's also what you see if they have you on their visible list or whatever it's called.

their ability to see u depends on your visible list and your icq status

the eye means people put u in their visible list
so when they are invisble to all
u still can see them ;)
