this is the most common question when somebody writes you about some problems, whats your ID? It look like it affects all webmasters and affiliates, not only a few. And now can come: Nothing wrong at our end, if you got 1 sale, the script is working properly.

I just had like 3 rebills go through for yesterday. Atleast they showed up :thumbsup

CCBill Paul 11-05-2004 01:08 PM

Dear Clients,

We are aware of the problem and are currently working on it. Rest assured no data has been lost and we hope to have this problem fixed very soon.

Allow me to clarify; from a troubleshooting perspective, we need to be able to reproduce an error before it can be verified and we can start the process to repair it. Rather than hearing about an issue, and pulling up a random accounts that may or may not be affected by it and check those, if we had an example in front of us, we can quickly verify that there is, or is not, an issue.

I've seen it too. One sale disappeared and then it came back one hour later.
I'll notify u next time it happens, if, so u can look at it.

Ibill should learn a thing or two about customer service.

Lately I have been wishing that I could get someone elses stats.

Here's my CCBill goody for today...

I received 2 emails for affiliate sales for one of my sites... I looked at them and they were from June !!! Both were telcom sales made back then. I knew something was wrong when they arrived ,as I hadn't received my webmaster notification that they would tie up to as usual a few emails ahead of them.

I called tech and I was told that they are updating their systems as as things go along the odd event happens.. Other than that he didn't know what to say or do.. LOL

But apart form that.. CCBill rock and roll.. Thank god
