it depends on the kind of site you are building. Most of the Matrix girls are known in the adult arena, so you would not want to use them for an amateur site.
Paul Markham's girls are mostly teens, (notice I said MOSTLY), so you won't find much content for a mature site, or a pornstar one.

Personally, I like the Matrix quality better.
But, as I said, it all depends on the type of site.
