question about NATS

ok we heard it cant shave
but does that go with a program using NATS that also
runs a 50/50 ?
does NATS control rebills as well ?

just curious ...

Nats does not "control" rebills nor joins for that matter. They grab data from the processor(Epoch, CCbill, Ibill , etc...).

It counts for rebills too, yes. They can not drop rebills or stop after rebill X.
