How long does smoked salmon last?
 

ive had some open in my fridge for about a week and want to make an omlette. how long until its bad?

I wouldn't eat it

If its been smoked for REAL as in its dry, itll last for years literally.


If its "smoked" crap you got in the store thats in oil, a few weeks.

It's good.
