FUCK ADAMANDEVE.com
I've bought things from them before and had excellent service.
This time, I placed and order and was automatically signed up for their adamandevegold.com site. When I got my e-mail order confirmation I was also sent an e-mail informing me that my free trial in their site began and I would be rebilled in 7 days. I never requested nor agreed to this. I'm really disappointed in a company that I've had excellent luck with in the past. Anyone else had problems with Adam and eve recently? |

I dont agree with you being "Slammed" into the getting the free 1 week membership. Imagine if you ordered something off an info-mercial and with one of those bonus items came a rebill charge which you never knew about.
Complete bullshit...At the very least they should have gave you the option of not opting for the membership (unchecking a checkbox). I would let the charge go through then CB the fucker...Teach them a lesson, to ASK before attempting to hit my CC for money. |

First of all, I'm not a surfer,
second, I'm not a new customer to adam and eve, therefore I would think, when I am offered a free video during checkout, any subscriptions would be mentioned. Go ahead, try to order something, and go through the checkout process, and see when youre offered free videos, if it says anything about a subscription or if it even mentions A&Egold. It doesnt, that's why I'm so pissed. If its in print somewhere when I'm checking out, thats fine, but its not. Also, I ordered in the past and got a free video with no subscription. Something is either A.) wrong with your website scripts and people are being subscribed incorrectly, or the notice is missing, or B.) you dont have any problem slamming otherwise happy customers. I appriciate you looking into this for me, would you please check into what I'm saying about having absolutely no notification, and that the offer you mentioned says it's for new customers, while I've been a customer for over a year? I hate to have anyone in the same biz get bad PR, I brought it here so 1.) people would be aware, and 2.) someone could hopefully fix it before you start getting 1000's of chargebacks. |
Before I placed this info on the board I would have made sure that it was taken care of with them, and made sure that I had not made any mistakes during the purchase.
