Honeyroasted ducks breast. If it's done properly it's the best thing on this planet. (that I've tried, and I've eaten a lot..as you can tell from my pics)

Sushi, rare ribeye, Christmas/Thanksgiving turkey and dressing, Chinese food, (mainly sesame chicken and chicken with broccoli, but I"m agreeable to pretty much anything except mu shu pork and hot n spicy stuff), and dammit, I like crablegs for some reason. :glugglug

prime rib

steak, cheeseburgers, beef/deer jerky.

Steak and Seafood

Boca tacos, black bean veggie lasagna, eggplant parm.

got to love the bbq

Sushi for real.

Mine usually come with beans and homefries, topped with two cheeseburgers, ketsup, mustard and some kickass meat based hotsauce.

Here in Rochester, NY, the Garbage Plate is a LEGEND. Everyone and their brother has their own take on it. But there's only ONE Garbage Plate.

Google it, and you'll find lots of details...even a recipe for the "secret" sauce.
