A cheap ass friend of mine needs a host. :(

I know plenty of places to get decent PAID hosting services... but this guy doesn't want to spend $15 for entry level hosting.

Tell him to try ebay they have stuff for just a few bucks... Also what does he need it for exactly?

i don't know of a free php host, but cmon is he that broke? Hosting is dirt cheap.

We start plans at $8. But its not free. I do have a lot of links to free hosting with php with NO catch. But not the best specs.
