To ME, there are several levels of cheating and not all of them consist of sticking your dick in some girl (sorry if that sounded harsh) but in my mind if you are doing the cybersex thing, then you are not physically cheating but you are giving a part of your heart and mind to someone other than your significant other and this is cheating to me.

No harm in a little flirting and such, but any *giving* of the heart, mind or body that belongs to another is cheating.

This is just my views on the whole cybersex issue. Of course there are agreements made by you AND your partner and both are cool, then do it. It's the lies and hiding and deceit that makes it look bad.
