You know i said i was going to do some design work for zipe a few weeks back and you all said not to trust him, well i did a real nice layout for him. Logo's, banners, buttons, java-script's, mouseovers the lot. And today his fucking check bounced. So i email him asking what the hell is going on and he does this guilt trip that i was overpriced and that he had to keep the money because it was all he had for rent. Damn it i was pissed off i had a major go at him but he ain't parting with his cash. I feel so bloody stupid for trusting this guy i feel like finding out where he lives and beeting the crap out of him. Maybe it wouldnt achieve alot but it would make me feel a hell of alot better. And the thing that annoys me the most is for that entire design i charged $175, personally i think that's cheap. But anyway now he says because he can't pay i can have 2 of his domains.. bobsporno.com and another one which is somthing like lolitapics.com or somthing which i turned down. I should have listened to pensfans advice about getting 50% first but i trusted him and i was wrong. Now atleast i have learnt my lesson and will defiantely not make the same mistake again.

So now im stuck with bobsporno.com in exchange for all that work. Anyone wanna buy it or got anyideas for what i should do with it?

Rule of thumb ... your time is money - anything UNDER $500, always get PAYMENT UP FRONT ... and over $500 get HALF before you start ... and the other half BEFORE you give him the designs ...

He has the design already. The thing is, is that he did not want the banners or buttons to have domain names on he just wanted somthing catchy. And he said he was considering a few domains to use it with that he didnt tell me. So the sites not designed for any name and he could be using it anywhere.

zipE has not paid you for them, therefore by law, he has no recourse to somebody else buying and using them ...

If you were asking $175 for them, then let them go for BEST OFFER (since he already has them too)... better than nothing ..

You should at least demand some prime permanent links from Zipe, and get him to send you ongoing traffic for like 6 months anyway. If he were to send you 100 - 150 hits extra per day from text links and button links then that would pay you back your $175 with interest, right?

I recently did a site re-design for a guy in the UK, and charged $1500 US, and a good chunk of that is being paid back to me in traffic, and he also signed up under me for a few of my sponsors. You gotta protect yourself in this biz, but you also gotta be flexible and versatile too.

Btw, the amount of work you did is worth at least 10 times what you charged if it's of any sort of good quality. You are raping yourself for charging so little. Let zipe off easy by letting him send you hits.

Zipe, if you don't do something to make this right you are toast budrow. Word will get out that you're a shit, and nobody likes doing business with a shit.

I've been doing some reading, and while I cannot provide concrete proof YET, I have noticed some very interesting things.

1. You type in the same british dialect that zipE did. To the letter. You even make the same typos.

2. You got registered here virtually the day after zipE left.

3. You are almost immediately doing "web work" FOR zipE within days of showing up here even after we all warned you not to deal with him.

4. You claim he gave you bobsporno.com because he couldn't pay you, yet the OpenSRS system updates domain records in real-time, and it's still showing that stupid ARSE shit that zipE had in there.

5. Now you are stealing pics and trying to pass them off as your own for god knows what reason. Maybe so somebody will "like" you? Don't know and really don't care.

About bobsporno.com, i dont have any hosting for it yet so im waiting till i get one setup before he transfers it.

Im a pretty trusting guy and i figured id give zipe a chance, that was BEFORE i had read about what weant on between him and mbrsbulldog. He said you guys did'nt like him because he said somthing about boneprone or somthing so i figured it might just be a grudge.

I even spent an hour last night contacting xipe's sponsors etc. so they would know no to help him. Gemini can verify that as she was helping me.

I dont think i have passed any pictures off as my own.
