CCBill not reporting sales?
 

I have my CCBill affiliate account setup to email me when I get a sale. The past 2 days I've been getting the signup confirmation emails but no sales are being shown in the display. Is this a known problem? Who could I contact?

I noticed some problems today also :(

0:4500 last few days with a new site im promoting...

first time in YEARS since I touched ccbill for promoting other sites!

Yup, i did about 70 sales less than normal today :/ Thought it was me.

should be fixed now, got tons of emails lately with referral sales, also for yesterdays sales...

if this is right, I am missing a bunch from yesterday, too. I have the emails to show it.

you get 2/3 mails for each sale, check the subscription ID.
and also the transaction date, no reporting problems but more like a bug with mail alerts.

we see no problem on our end

If you are having a problem with your affilite stats you should contact [email protected] and have us look into it. There was an issue this morning but I have been told it is resolved. Please contact us if you are still having issues. Thanks

I woke up today and had 3 sales yesterday that weren't there when I went to bed at 5am today. I'm sure that you'll be credited accordingly if there is an issue.

Hopefully some bonus sales will come through :-) My ratios definitely down.
