Bogus Whois for a Domain. Who Do I Complain to?

It is a minor issue, but I want to rattle some chains...

Someone posted a few pics I have copywrite for to a vBulletin site.

The whois is bogus, and I want to harrass their ass for it for making this difficult for me.

I have left a message with the hosting company. They are also the domain registrar.

I would like to put the fear of god into them when they call back.

Help please!
