i dont think theres such a thing as shared windows hosting that allows each person to have rdp....

(unless youre all sharing the same admin pass)

well if it is a program that needs to be installed on the server than it should be running 24/7. It looks like there is web based access also. There are also windows VPS hosts out there. There more expensive as shared but they are cheaper than the dedicated route.

Oh, I should mention...

static IP etc etc, RDP access, behind a BSD firewall, memory allocation depends on your needs. This is a virtual machine, so anything is possible.
