I am an insomniac....I have tried many sleeping pills and even tranquilizers that have not knocked me out. Ambien was the only one that worked soso. Drug company says non adictive my doc said they are actually more addictive than some others. So he only perscribes a small amount every couple of months so no addiction settles in.

Ambien is the shit man... I had insomnia for awhile, and the first time I took that it was the best sleep I'd ever had.

Word of advice though.. you get a tolerance REAL quick to it... and if you take it and don't go lay down/sit around drinking you will black out PRONTO.

Although that is sort of fun too :) Careful though.

That aside ambien is the best. Sometimes if you take it and stay awake, you get this really fucked up, weird dreamy, feeling, and then the next morning you forgot sometimes what you did or said, it's really weird. But it works great. :thumbsup
