I have a cousin who only has one after getting one removed following an accident. He´s just fine and even managed to have two kids with only one testicle. :2 cents:

i have a buddy that had one removed due to cancer...the cancer went away, but his ball never came back..LOL

Yup, knew a girl in highschool who kicked her brother in the nuts when they were kids. He had to have one removed.

Same here, one friend of mine was born that way and its not stopping him and his wife squirting out one about every 18 months or so, they have a Dodge Maxivan full of rugrats. :1orglaugh
