Ok ... my friend need a fully managed (less security leaks possible) windows server .
 

Who are the best ? I've never had a managed server myself ...

(if managed = security ... I don't even know).

most often managed is not that secure as well.... Admins rarely do updates to cover new security issues.

The price don't matter here ... he don't mind paying more a month for good service ...

Admins are shitfucks who get paid for nothing when security is involved. You don't learn security in a class room or at a seminar, you learn it in IRC channels and forums.

Duh ... but at least something respectable ...

But off course if you'd pay me 30 $ a month to protect your server I'd butch my job
