Unhappy Democrats Need to Wait to Get Into Canada

Unhappy Democrats Need to Wait to Get Into Canada

Don't pack your shit just yet folks!

Of course, I find it ironic that Canada's economy is slowly drying up yet they'll make it difficult for someone to move and work there. I don't want to be a citizen just yet, just to live, work and pay taxes some where else for a while, maybe permanently. I see no reason to make migration so difficult. :2 cents:

Bingo. We don't want you. We're only accepting Asians and East Indians at this time.

The only reason I would choose Canada over Europe is that it's closer to family. Other then that, I have no reason to aim for a country other then Switzerland. They've always been good to immigrants, they have one of the best education systems in the world, a military that is strictly reservist and for defense and a very strong economy. Not to mention I speak the official national language (not at all fluently, but not too badly either . . . for an American :winkwink: ) and one of the other common tongues. :thumbsup

I bet Switzerland would be an awesome place to live. It's one of the places I haven't been to and would like to.

I would very much like to at least visit Switzerland, if not live there. The down side is that I'll have direct access to Toblerones and end up making myself fat on those decidant things. :(

Nah, if you speak french and english you should be able to get by fairly well. Though, learning german and swiss german will help you do even better.

Is it just me, or do the Swiss sound strikingly like the Swedes?
