Epassporte PIN problem wtf
 
Since I've upgraded my Epassporte account I can't withdraw money anymore, the ATM machine rejects the PIN everytime I try.

Also when I try to change the PIN too under my account, I get this error

"There was an error setting your PIN. Please try again later."

If someone from Epassporte see this post , would appreciated if would help me to solve this quickly.

Yeah actually i spoke to epassporte today about the upgrade problem and fixed in like 10 mins

Please share with me how you manage to get this shit fixed in 15 minutes. Countless calls, emails to support and 12 hours later I cant get a pin reset (that they fucked up).

is there any way to get more than $300 (or $500 if you upgrade) out of an epassporte account at one time? i have a large payment in there and don't want to have to go make withdrawals every day for several weeks...

yeah - I'm still having problems .. 5 day email replies are useless and I never speak to an english speaking person when I call the intl phone number! :(

I just got off the phone with support. My card is useless untill tech comes in on Monday and gets around to looking into the problem further. I spoke to a "supervisor" who was very friendly but of no additional help.

What kind of internet company does not have weekend techs. NEWS FLASH the internet works 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

I am so aggravated right now its better I just stop posting about it.

If anyone with any weight from epassporte reads this please ICQ me. I need some problems escalated and I want to be sure this is taking care of Monday. As far as I am concerned my money is being held hostage.

Thanks.. I was going to email him on Monday mid day if they didn't solve this problem. I have a ticket in listed as "high priority" but that does little good when tech has bankers hours.

Anyhow I am calm now. I managed to find my virtual card cvv2 so I can at least use that to make traffic purchases while the electron card is out of commission.
