I am SO glad that I dropped them as my main
processor 1 1/2 years back when the screwed my on a
10k screwup!

Now, this shit for the little money I have going through them.

Due to a delay in both avenues, we will be moving forward under the following program:
Starting in December, each client will be paid out over a 12 month period for past due amounts from the period of September 15 to October 31. This will include reserves.
Past due amounts will be paid with 6% interest
Promissory notes will be signed by Officers and Board Members of the company
Our goal is to payout much quicker than over a 12 month period
Clients will also have the ability to convert past due amounts into equity of IBD stock at a discount
By early next week, an online form will be available in the iBill Merchant Info area to request the promissory note or IBD equity option
CMI reporting will include statements of past due amounts for all clients to view

Paycom took quite a few months to payup too. The deal was pretty similar if i remember correctly. but don't get me wrong, it still sucks.

the points have been made... But I think it's admirable that they will pay their debt. I also think the fact that they are paying with interest is respectable.

The list of companies that have acted with less professionalism is too long to remember and certainly too long to post.

but actually i'm not a fan of iBill, haven't been for years. They have some nice people working for them and this move shows some class but...

Talk is cheap all i see are empty promises. Its been delay, delay, delay and i don't expect to see one penny of the money they owe us.

Any one stupid enough to go back to processing with these idiots deserves every thing they get, there have been warnings about Ibill on this and other boards going back more than 2 years now from many people, far too many to ignore. Cut your losses and move on to better things
