Nice to know some people care

Now I am not one to loose shit. Wallet, phone, keys, etc...

I was surfing on GFY and someon rknocks on the door. I goto answer and the first thing she says is, You look like him!

I am like what the fuck and who the fuck are you, then the thought of getting served hit me and I am like FUCK.

So she ask me are you missing something...and then hands me my wallet. I'm like, FUCK ME. Were did I leave it?

She tells me the story that she found it on SR 54 here in North Tampa. Then hit hits me. I left the fucking wallet on top of the car when I was loading the beer into the back seat.

This lady stops and picks up everything in the middle of traffic. Not missing any of my MAJOR cards but I had an American Express that she could of gone to town with.

I didn't have any cash on me but one of the cards that was in the wallet was a gift card to Best Buy for $40 bucks so I gave her that and said thanks.

Very FUCKING COOL person:thumbsup

had something similar happen to me in savannah. Left my wallet on top of a payphone in a hotel, reserving a room at another hotel...then drove 40 minutes away and left the wallet up there. PANICKED!! drove 40 minutes back to the other hotel and went in, wandered around the lobby, knowing I had lost it their somewhere, and an old man walked up to me and said, you look like you lost something...and he pulled out a wallet and said "whats your phone number"
I gave it to him and he said thats correct, guess he had looked at my ID. He had been sitting their for over an hour waiting on me to come back.

I thanked him for 20 minutes and gave him a 100 dollar bill which he tried desperately to refuse but I would not let him, then drove all the way back to Gainesville and called my trip off.

You know I make an effort to be that kind of person...I really do. From holding doors, pulling over to get the turtle out of the road, and every once in a while when I see some dude holding a I'M HUNGRY sign, I take the guy to lunch.

I guess getting my wallet back was good carma.:)

I have had bad carma in the past but that was pay back for the dumb ass shit I did when I was a kid.
