Broadband AOL
just found this on AllofEm AOL to offer cable modem access - - http://www.newsbytes.com/news/01/169812.html At first I thought this would be great for the acceleration for the expansion of broadband connections in the states... But the article says that AOL already has some dsl relationships and some bring your own access ... Guess I don't pay much attention to AOL. It seems strange to me that everybody in the US hasn't already converted! Is the 20-25 extra dollars a month really that much? OR (this is my feeling) they really don't know how SLOW modems are in comparison. ~Brett |
