From what I know it converts well in some countries, especially beef and poultry is very popular nowadays. Pork in some areas, too.

They mostly convert it to burgers and steaks.

I heard Chineese convert dogs very well but wouldn't try anything like this myself.

If you have the right traffic it converts great. If you're just starting it's not worth to start into the niche, there are way too many tgps and gallery posters already, but if you already have alot of traffic or have SE traffic or beast domains, etc. it's a great niche.
