I propose that Bush's first act is to change the Pledge of Allegiance
 

I Pledge Allegiance to the Bombs of the partially United States of America, and to the War Mongor for which it Stands, one Nation under Bush, Indivisible except for Gays, with Liberty by invasion and Freedom under our rules for all of those in our country and in countries that we don't like.
