Lots of STREAKS got broken this year

First it was the Boston Red Sox doing the following

1) coming from a 3-0 deficit in the playoffs (first team to do that)

2) breaking their 80+ year bad streak re World Series

3) Washington Redskins finally no longer "predicting" (its not a causative link just a correlation) the election: http://www.snopes.com/sports/football/election.asp (NOTE: snopes would have to update that page now to say FALSE)

I have a feeling we're not done yet :)
